We are looking for a technical leader; somebody that comes with an opinionated view on programming languages, libraries and development techniques.

I’ve already been working at Innovattic for more than 9 years now. I like that it's a small company and I really like the team, we laugh a lot. Every other week we discuss new techniques during the tech-talk (for example frameworks/libraries). We also have a study day every month where we can get more information about these new techniques. This gives us the possibility to find solutions for the challenges we sometimes face within the projects we’re working on.

You are
- Independent;
- Flexible;
- A team player;
- Experienced (mid-level);
- Fluent in English;
- Willing to move to- (or already living in) the Netherlands.
You have
- The ability to build architecturally sound web apps - both the logic and the UI/UX side of a web application;
- Strong Typescript / JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 development skills;
- Experience with modern web frameworks, preferably React and NextJS;
- Experience with Git;
- The ability to give advice about common practices in web development, web technologies and architectures;
- The communication skills to work with a client and transform their ideas into feature requests and acceptance criteria.
