Integron has been the expert in customer and employee research since 1993. Using advanced applications, Integron provides companies with the tools to gather valuable insights and make actionable decisions. After years of growing and optimising their platforms, it was time for a technical upgrade through the deployment of AI. Innovattic was tasked with tackling this development and making the process even smarter and more future-proof.

A powerful combination of innovation and automation

A key question during this project was, ‘How can we leverage smart technology to provide even more added value?’ Besides improvements in the speed and usability of technology, we saw opportunities to automate processes using AI. Thus, we developed an AI that can process and analyse complex data streams with ease.

Integron AI

The AI we developed can analyse and advise on audio, video and large amounts of text in an accelerated manner. ‘This is revolutionary in our field’ says Egbert Engelfriet, Managing Director at Integron. ‘The impact of AI on our field is huge and is of extraordinary added value. This new Integron AI allows us to not only help our customers faster, but also much better.’

The analysis is divided into four clear segments:

Hotspots: topics that are frequently mentioned
Sentiment: tone of voice of the data
Suggestions: concrete ideas and recommendations
Summary: a summary of the data at a high level

Always access with ‘Ask AI’

To make data even more accessible, we have integrated an ‘Ask AI’ functionality. Users can easily ask questions about the data. This makes the process not only user-friendly, but also extremely flexible.

Security and speed as a priority

When designing this solution, security was paramount. The AI runs entirely within Integron's local systems, so that all data remains in a secure, controlled environment. This approach not only provides peace of mind, but also ensures that the AI runs super-fast, with lightning-fast response times.
