So what kind of digital solutions should you think of?

We develop gamification software that playfully gives building users insight into how they can contribute to a more sustainable and circular building. For example, what do you do when your office chair breaks down; do you buy a new one or opt for a used one with slight signs of use that is stored somewhere in the building? And why put your car on the charging station first thing in the morning when the sun isn't out yet, when you can charge your car with green electricity in the afternoon? Or if a part breaks down in an installation; do you replace the entire installation or just the section in which something is broken? By asking building users all these kinds of questions, we can change behaviour and together ensure sustainable and efficient use of resources and energy. Another example; many employees do not see the value of data-driven work to optimise processes, for instance. With gamification, you can motivate employees to work with data anyway.
